【Charter Summary Conditions】
Private reservations are limited to 2.5 hours.
The charter fee is JPY 1,200,000, excluding tax, for up to four (4) guests.
The fee includes a special course with wine pairing.
Please note that the fee remains unchanged even if the number of guests is fewer than four (4).
Cult wine bottles and any other high-value beverages shall be settled separately on-site.
Please also note that the food and wine provided under this arrangement are premium items and may be high in value.
In principle, exclusive reservations must be completed at least one (1) month in advance.
After that point, reservations shall be subject to availability and confirmed on a case-by-case basis through telephone inquiries.
If a customer arrives more than one (1) hour later than the reserved time, the reservation shall be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Cancellations by customers shall, in principle, be subject to the following cancellation fees:
One (1) week prior to the reservation date: 100% of the reservation arrangement fee
Two (2) weeks prior to the reservation date: 75% of the reservation arrangement fee
One (1) month prior to the reservation date: 50% of the reservation arrangement fee
Earlier than one (1) month prior to the reservation date: 25% of the reservation arrangement fee
