Private reservations are limited to 2 hours.

In principle, exclusive reservations made by customers for the Presidential Suite must be completed at least one (1) month in advance.
After that point, reservations shall be subject to availability and confirmed on a case-by-case basis through telephone inquiries from Party B to Party A.

If a customer arrives more than one (1) hour later than the reserved time, the reservation shall be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Cancellations by customers shall, in principle, be subject to the following cancellation fees:

One (1) week prior to the reservation date: 100% of the reservation arrangement fee
Two (2) weeks prior to the reservation date: 75% of the reservation arrangement fee
One (1) month prior to the reservation date: 50% of the reservation arrangement fee
Earlier than one (1) month prior to the reservation date: 25% of the reservation arrangement fee
