【 Charter summary conditions 】
Private reservations are available for one exclusive party per day and are limited to 2.5 hours.
The charter fee is JPY 1,000,000 (excluding tax) for up to six (6) guests and includes a specially curated sushi course. Please note that the charter fee remains the same even if the number of guests is fewer than six.
A minimum of two (2) guests is required for a private reservation.
Cult wines, sake, and all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are charged separately and must be settled on-site. Please note that premium ingredients may be served as part of the course.
Private reservations should, in principle, be made at least one (1) month in advance. Reservations requested within one month are subject to availability and will be accepted on a case-by-case basis through email or telephone inquiries.
As only one private reservation is accepted per day, guests are not required to select a preferred dining time when making a reservation. The dining time will be arranged separately after the reservation request has been received.
If guests arrive more than one (1) hour after the confirmed reservation time without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
* More than one (1) month before the reservation date: 25%
* One (1) month before the reservation date: 50%
* Two (2) weeks before the reservation date: 75%
* One (1) week before the reservation date or later: 100%
