Owned and operated by Tsuyoshi Yamazaki, a master bartender with an illustrious career. His accolades include being the Overall Champion of the 46th National Bartenders Skill Competition (2018). He also won the 1st National Sherry Cocktail Competition (2007) and received the Grand Prize at the 7th Official Venenciador Certification Exam (2008). Notably, Mr. Yamazaki remains the only Japanese bartender to hold titles in both sherry cocktails and Venenciador mastery.

【Charter Summary Conditions】
Private reservations are limited to 2.5 hours.
The charter fee is JPY 600,000, excluding tax, for up to four (4) guests.
The fee includes free-flow cocktails for 2.5 hours.
Please note that the fee remains unchanged even if the number of guests is fewer than four (4).
High-value whisky, wine bottles, and any other premium beverages shall be settled separately on-site.
In principle, exclusive reservations must be completed at least one (1) month in advance.
After that point, reservations shall be subject to availability and confirmed on a case-by-case basis through telephone inquiries.
If a customer arrives more than one (1) hour later than the reserved time, the reservation shall be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Cancellations by customers shall, in principle, be subject to the following cancellation fees:
One (1) week prior to the reservation date: 100% of the reservation arrangement fee
Two (2) weeks prior to the reservation date: 75% of the reservation arrangement fee
One (1) month prior to the reservation date: 50% of the reservation arrangement fee
Earlier than one (1) month prior to the reservation date: 25% of the reservation arrangement fee
