Owned and operated by Tsuyoshi Yamazaki, a master bartender with an illustrious career. His accolades include being the Overall Champion of the 46th National Bartenders Skill Competition (2018). He also won the 1st National Sherry Cocktail Competition (2007) and received the Grand Prize at the 7th Official Venenciador Certification Exam (2008). Notably, Mr. Yamazaki remains the only Japanese bartender to hold titles in both sherry cocktails and Venenciador mastery.
As a Tourism Ambassador for his home prefecture, Kochi, he maintains deep-rooted ties with local producers across Japan. Tonight, as always, cocktail enthusiasts from around the globe gather at BAR GOYA—a hidden sanctuary in the heart of Ginza
