TERM OF CONDITIONS
Membership registration is required to make a reservation on this site. The annual membership fee of 22,000 yen for the first year is due upon registration. After payment of the annual membership fee, you will be able to enter the reservation page. The annual membership fee will not be refunded for any reason, even if you cancel your membership before the end of the first year. The annual membership fee will be paid from the registered card in the same month one year later. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us by e-mail by the end of the month before the date of payment of the annual membership fee.
When you make a reservation through this website, the reservation is not confirmed at the time of your inquiry. The reservation is confirmed at the stage when the charter fee is paid from the URL listed in the e-mail sent to the customer by our company. We will send you a confirmation email immediately.
Our cancellation policy is as follows
- Cancellation within 1 month: 100% of the fee paid at the time of reservation
- Cancellation within 2 months to 1 month: 50% of the total amount paid at the time of reservation
- Cancellation before the above 10% of the total amount paid at the time of reservation
Cancellation is defined as no show on the reserved date or no show until after the reserved time, or change of the reserved date and time, regardless of whether or not prior notice has been given.If you wish to change the date or time of your reservation, please contact us in advance by e-mail. The following are the cases in which the reserved date and time can be changed
Within 2 months to 1 month after the reserved date.
If you wish to change the date and time of your reservation within one month after the reservation date at the same restaurant where you made the reservation, no cancellation fee will be charged, as long as the date and time can be rescheduled within one month after the reservation date with the restaurant. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request, in which case the appointment will be cancelled.
Within 1 month from the reservation date
Reservations rescheduled within one month of the reservation date will be treated as cancellation. If you wish to change only the time of your reservation, please contact us in advance by e-mail. We will adjust the time with restaurant. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request, in which case your reservation will be cancelled.
